Letter to Sunnybrook Swim Club Members

Dear Sunnybrook Swim Club Members,

The Board Members would first like to thank all the families and individuals for the continued support in 2017, and we look forward to a great 2018 season. Our team has been diligent in the offseason working to prepare for another successful summer!

Some key points:

  • Swim and Dive team registration is now open. These two programs are the fabric of our club. The teams accept participation at all skill levels. Swimming and Diving are a great way to stay active in the summer. Please reach out if you have any questions about the teams.
  • Many Social and Fund Raising Events are underway and being planned. Keep an eye out for calendar and volunteer opportunities.
  • Our main source of communication is email. Please confirm email addresses on your application. An email for each adult in the family is suggested to be sure families receive all of the club updates and news.

Last year, the Sunnybrook membership voted on and approved the acceptance of new member applications from neighboring towns, so please let family members and friends that live nearby know they now have the opportunity to join our club. If you have any membership questions please email membership@sunnybrookswimclub.org.

In the next paragraph, revise it to say: “Finally, we would like to thank all of the volunteers that assisted us last year in our pool operations. Their support helped reduce our spending allowing us to put investments back into the pool club.’ The rest is good.

Opening day will be upon us soon and we all look forward to another fun year at Sunnybrook Swim Club.
